Sources say former Maryland state attorney Glenn Ivey is pulling out of his attempt to unseat Rep. Donna Edwards in Maryland's 4th Congressional District.
Ivey was planning to challenge Edwards in the April 3 Maryland Democratic primary.
However, sources told News4 that Ivey failed to raise enough money to be competitive in the race.
Ivey served two terms as the state's attorney for Prince George's County starting in 2002.
